We are a firm of tax advisors, auditors and lawyers with 200 team members and four offices in Italy in Bolzano (South Tyrol), Milan, Genoa and Merano (South Tyrol). In Germany, we have a representative office in Munich.

We offer our clients a 360° support in the fields of tax and legal advisory, audit, corporate finance, accounting, payroll and insolvency & restructuring in Italy.

We assist our clients from the setting up of a company or permanent establishment in Italy, through the management of the bookkeeping and the drafting of the financial statements and tax returns. We take care of the tax, corporate and contractual structuring of the commercial activities of our clients in Italy and we help them regarding international tax law and transfer pricing issues. With respect to VAT issues, we carry out direct VAT registrations and we are available as fiscal representatives in Italy. In the area of extraordinary transactions, we support our clients both in the preliminary stage of tax, legal and financial due diligence and business valuation, and in the subsequent stages of negotiation and preparation of all legal and contractual documents necessary to finalize the transaction. In addition, we take care of supporting our clients in the execution of obligations related to the registration and ongoing administrative management of employees in Italy.

We also accompany our clients in the most complex phases of business crisis management or negotiations with insolvency bodies, identifying the most appropriate solutions for crisis settlement and debt restructuring.

In the area of litigation, including those of a complex or transnational nature, our firm has gained consolidated experience.
