Work Experience:
Equity Partner of the Firm, specializing in labor and social security law, civil, commercial, corporate, and agricultural law, as well as anti-money laundering and digital innovation, providing both judicial and extrajudicial assistance and consultancy to individuals and legal entities. Has gained solid experience in civil litigation, financial and insurance markets, as well as in corporate and tax matters.
From 2004 to 2011, served as Adjunct Professor of European Union Law, Comparative Labor Law, Public and Administrative Law, and Comparative Legal Systems at the University of Trieste. Since 2017, has been a member of the Joint Study Committee on Civil and Commercial Law at the Treviso Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts and the Treviso Bar Association; from 2014 to 2015, was a member of the Civil and Commercial Law Study Committee at the Treviso Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts
